Also called yellow gold, the maximum interpretation of the concept of terroir, that is, the set of characteristics of the soil, the climate and the processes that man brings. Produced from Glera grapes from very old vineyards from which few very valuable bottles are produced. A sparkling wine in which minerality, acidity and residual sugar bloom in a perfect balance and which give this wine a unique elegance. A sparkling wine that can be tasted on many occasions, from a simple glass of wine, to a fine meal of high quality.

The vine is still Glera, but it comes from the area of Cartizze, that is one of the most suitable areas for the production in Valdobbiaden, and that covers 107 hectares. The soil of this area is mainly morainic and calcareous and this gives the wine that mineral and fine sensation, which is well balanced with its acidity and the residual sugar. Cartizze is in fact produced in Dry version, as the aging of the grape in this area leads to the production of a sparkling wine of this gradation.

Unlike the classic line, the grapes of Cartizze start separately from the harvest, undergo their process and arrive separated in the bottle. A further difference is given by the stop on the lees in the autoclave that is 60 days: not too long, so it keeps this sparkling wine an excellent freshness.

Tasting temperature 6-8 ºC

Food Matching: excellent as a start or end of the meal. You can have fun finding the right match, looking for the most pleasant combination.

It is distinguished by its delicate characteristic and fruity fragrance. Very light straw yellow color. Perlage subtle and persistent. Recommended at the end of the meal with dessert.
It is tasted at 6-8 ºC in preferably potbelly glasses to enhance the aromas.
