This is a production from a single vineyard, specifically the hamlet of Guia di Valdobbiadene, which due to its climatic and soil characteristics is best suited to the production of this wine. The first vinification is classic, with the wine remaining to rest on the lees until the beginning of the year following the harvest. After this period, the wine is loaded into an autoclave for frothing and subsequent rest on the lees. This period lasts an average of 100 days to allow the bubble to soften and the residual sugar to balance well with the acidity.
The Dry type was chosen precisely to balance the excellent acidity of this wine with the provenance of the vineyard in question. On the nose, this Valdobbiadene DOCG presents itself as an explosion of white flowers and ripe fruit. In the mouth we find an optimal balance between residual sugar and acidity, making this a fresh wine suitable for all occasions. The fine bubble makes it soft, non-invasive and gives the sparkling wine a finish that
Gives emotions.
