Since 2009 we have decided to remove the name “Prosecco” from our bottles. Not to deny what had been done up to that moment: we realized that the Prosecco name did not give the right value to our bottled wine. For this reason, the labels show only the words “Valdobbiadene DOCG” with its different types, Brut, Extra dry and Dry. In some cases we report too the area of the vineyard production, such as CARTIZZE or RIVE DI SANTO STEFANO.

Pioniere
Suitable to be tasted on special occasions, to fully grasp all its nuances. A production of a limited number of bottles that gives a special value to this wine.
It can be tasted at 6-8 ºC in preferably pot-bellied glasses to enhance the aromas.
Valdobbiadene DOCG Madre Paola
The smell of Valdobbiadene DOCG Dry Millesimato Rive di Guia “Madre Paola” is an explosion of white flowers and ripe fruit. In the mouth, the balance between the residual sugar and acidity makes it a fresh wine and suitable for all occasions.
The fine, soft and non-invasive bubbles of this sparkling wine give a finish full of emotions.

Cartizze
It is distinguished by its delicate characteristic and fruity aroma.
Very light straw yellow color. Fine and persistent perlage.
Recommended at the end of the meal with dessert.
It can be tasted at 6-8 ºC in preferably pot-bellied glasses to enhance the aromas.

Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry
Produced from the grapes of the younger vineyards. With a sugar residue neither too dry nor too sweet, it is one of the most pleasant types. An explosion of fruits and flowers that make this wine perfect for an aperitif or to taste a glass with friends.

Alcohol: 11.5% Vol.

Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut
Produced exclusively with grapes from hill vineyards. This type has always been a flag for Gemin, as it represents the best expression of the territory of Valdobbiadene in terms of balance. A complex wine with a thousand nuances, which can be tasted on different occasions.
Sugars: 7-9 g/l
Alcohol: 12% Vol.
Variety: Glera 100%
Produced with grapes from the unique and exclusive vineyard from which the wine takes its name. An ideal area for the cultivation of vines, which enhances the concept of terroir. A soft and elegant extra dry suitable for any occasion. A niche product that has been bottled since the company was founded and that has a very limited quantity of bottles, precisely because the vinification comes from a single vineyard.

Prosecco DOC
Prosecco DOC Extra Dry
Produced from Glera grapes in the territory of the province of Treviso. Straw yellow color with fine aroma and intense flavor. Recommended as an aperitif but also as a glass at the end of the meal. It is tasted at 8-9 ºC in pot-bellied glasses to enhance the aromas.
Alcohol: 11,50% VOL.
Residual sugar 16 g/l.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 5,50 g/l

Wine produced from a blend of grapes. Lively flavor and intense aroma. Excellent drinkability and suitable for the production of cocktails. A simple wine very suitable for aperitifs.

Cuveè Brut
Wine produced from a blend of grapes. Lively flavor and intense aroma. Excellent drinkability and suitable for the production of cocktails. A simple wine very suitable for aperitifs.

Rosè Brut
Produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Friuli area. An enological collaboration that has been maintained since the beginning of Gemin’s adventure. A sparkling wine with an important structure given by the natural acidity of this vine. The second fermentation of 5 months helps to balance this sparkling wine, making it elegant with intense and typical aromas of red and ripe fruit.
It is suitable as an aperitif, but especially combined with raw fish: thanks to its acidity it helps to keep a clean taste in the mouth. Elegance and refinement suit him.
