Magnum Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Santo Stefano – Extra Brut – Pioniere

Price range: 31,00 € through 43,00 €

Extra brut with the name “Pioniere” in honour of the winery’s founder Guglielmo Bortolomiol, who was one of the pioneers in the production of sparkling wine in Valdobbiadene and in the promotion of this noble wine. The soil from which this Valdobbiadene D.o.c.g. comes has vines that are over 50 years old growing on a clayey, marly soil, which give it flavour and structure, necessary to balance its complete absence of residual sugar.
