Gemin Export sparkling wines
The project that implemented Spumanti Gemin consists of two services that complement each other: promotional planning and strategic planning.
Regarding the first service, this was divided into 2 phases each geared toward achieving specific goals:
– Communication and promotion: the goal was to identify and engage Russian operators, to whom information, photos, data sheets, and price lists on Gemin products will be sent.
Appropriate Russian-language media such as Company profile, Data sheets, Promotional materials will then be produced;
– Search for foreign operators/partners: a search for possible business partners was carried out focusing mainly on importers/distributors and operators in the Ho.Re.Ca. area.
The objective of this phase was to identify possible interlocutors for Spumanti Gemin in the wine sector. Among the activities that were developed were a search for operators by sector, a drafting of reference databases in the target sector, contacts with identified operators, sending promotional materials, developing relationships with interested operators, and follow-up contacts.
As for the second service Marco Polo will have a main goal to realize:
– Marketing plan for market penetration: a marketing plan was developed with a formula mix, thanks in part to the use of digital channels. The objective of this phase was to identify possible strategic interlocutors for Spumanti Gemin in the Wine sector (US and UK). Among the activities that were developed were: acquisition of new customers/strategic partners, digital trade marketing, visual merchandising including online declination.
